The FED cut rates and the chart is all setup

The FED finally announced they will be cutting rates and the charts couldn't look better.

Everything is primed to rip at this point.

We have the charts setup just like they were in prior cycles and we have a rate cutting cycle just starting.

We probably are not long enough.
