Bitcoin doesn't move with gold, but it sort of follows it

If you look at gold charts compared with bitcoin you can clearly see that bitcoin doesn't move with bitcoin.

Or should I say bitcoin doesn't move with gold.

However, bitcoin may simply lag it.

This chart shows that gold tends to just move first, and bitcoin eventually follows.

I am not sure why this happens but there is the chart for you.

Bitcoin tends to move with tech stocks on a shorter time frame and lag gold on a longer time frame.
