Bitcoin is a much better savings vehicle.

When you can just print more of something with very little accountability you get a chart like this:

That thing will simply not have much value.

Instead, if you save in bitcoin you are holding and saving something with a known fixed supply that cannot be tampered with.

Not easily anyways.
