Why Some Regulation Is Needed

It's clear that crypto wont ever fully adopt until those who are scamming and rug pulling are held accountable. Part of that would be regulation in which a business, token or entity would have to first register before launching their project. While many will fight this it's simply going to happen in some manner because the amount of scamming going on is just down right crazy and honestly hurts and kills the overall economy and trust people have in the crypto world.

We have started to see a heavy crack down on this in places like France recently as raising crypto scams come out of the woodwork. Now there's always going to be dumb people chasing like those who lost it all in the HAWK token lol legit the dumbest thing ever.

Now regulation framework does not mean locking people up all the time, making it hard for new companies to launch etc it instead should be a low cost easy option for people to get started and have a trust factor behind it. Essentially you know whos behind the project and the government can easily find them so chances of them rug pulling are going to be far lower.
