I sure do.

The funny part is that some of those people that I am thinking about are now buying it this past week.

They wouldn't touch it at $2k, $20k, $40k etc etc, but they love it at $75k.

Funny how people think.

They just want something that is going up quickly, so they rush in and buy near the top thinking they are going to hold for a long time.

If you buy up here you better be ok being underwater or flipping quickly.
